1. What is weather like now and how about end of Oct? Is it good time to visit HCM?

2. I am not sure if there are any impact from the Sumatra earthquake. Can someone enlighten me is HCM / Vung Tau area prone to the tsunami?

3. I have 2 itenary to choose from on a 5D 4N HCM tour. There is visit to Cu Chi Tunnel and HCM city. The option which is different is visit to Vung Tau or Can Tho. Between these 2, which is better?
